Get started with managing your medical records in minutes
Tap the "+" button in the bottom right corner, select photos from your library or import PDF documents from your file manager. Multiple images can be merged into a single record.
The system automatically performs OCR text recognition, extracting title, date, institution, and other information. Lab reports are automatically parsed for all indicators.
View document previews, extracted text, and lab results in the detail page. Edit categories and add doctor notes as needed.
Go to Settings → Export Backup to save a JSON file to Files app or send to another device via AirDrop.
